Well behaved dogs and children are very welcome. There is a small additional charge for dogs, please enquire when making your booking.
Checking in time is from 4pm to 6.30pm unless you have given us and ETA in advance and checking out time is 10am, if you require a later check out time please do discuss this with us so as we can arrange the cleaning staff. Thank you.

We are happy to accept bank transfers or credit/debit cards for payment.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay you will be charged the full cost of your stay, if you cancel within 14 days of your stay we reserve the right to charge you the full cost if we are not able to resell the room.
We strongly recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance should you have to cancel your booking with us.
We may have to for reasons beyond our control change your accommodation but this will only ever be like for like or an upgrade and the price will remain the same.
